Items bought with Luxuriemarie.com will gladly be accepted for a refund within 14 days of the delivery date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, self tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume. Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs. All tags must be attached when returned.

Please note that clearance items, Swimwear, and Intimates are a Final Sale. If such items are returned a $25.00 fee will be charged and the items will be returned to you.

In the event your item is damaged or defected [we're deeply sorry!] Please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery and we will gladly process a return or exchange. Any international returns received later than 60 days from the order date will be returned back to the sender.

1. Ensure your items are refundable. We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date as long as the item Is unwashed, unworn and free of any stains or odors. Item must not be a final sale item. Other exclusions may apply.
2. Please complete the return form below and submit your request. You will receive an email regarding your request for return within 24 hours

3. Once we receive your return, your parcel will process within 5-7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm your refund.

Is my item refundable? Yes however some exclusions may apply. We gladly accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. Note items must be in brand new condition, free of any stains or odors. Our full store policy can be read by clicking here. Final sale items include swimwear, intimates, masks, jewelry and accessories.

Do I have to pay for return postage? Unfortunately we do not offer prepaid return labels at this time. You may use a carrier of your choice to ship your items back to us. We do suggest obtaining a tracking number for your shipment as we are not held liable for parcels that are lost in route back to us.

How long does it take to process my refund? Your refund will be processed within 5-7 days of us receiving your parcel. The refund will go back in the original form of payment used to place your order. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the parcel does process.

When will I see the funds back into my account? Refunds do require roughly 3-5 business days to process with us however we do suggest contacting your financial institution for more information on when the amount will post to your account. Each bank does have varying processing times.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We ship worldwide. After your order is placed there is a processing time of 24-48 business hours. Once your order ships a confirmation email will be sent to you to with detailed tracking information. You can also find your shipping details by logging into your account. Please note that while we don't foresee any delays after the parcel has shipped these events may occur. Please contact us in the event our carrier is delayed and we will be happy to help locate the parcel for you.

Shipping options above exclude products that are considered oversized. Oversized products are subject to weight and dimensional rate calculations determined by the shipping carrier/service chosen at checkout.
Order cut off time is 10:00 am EST. Orders placed after 10:00 am EST will be shipped out the following business day.
Fedex 2day is from the time your order has been fully processed and is based on 2 business days for shipping, which excludes weekends & Holidays.

Failure to pay customs fees will result in the parcel being sent back to us in which the shipping and handling fees are non refundable.Please check with your local courier for more information on how COVID-19 directly effects your shipments with us.
